I need urgently the software for my PhD reseach, the Lab at my University has Keithley 6517b SourceMeters but it doesn't have the LabTracer.
Please I need it urgently.

I have SMU2602 and have downloaded LabTracer 2.9, but it is not working. Kindly let me know if this version is compatible with Windows 8.
